Since joining Rediger Labor Law, Justin has counseled employers on a wide range of federal and state labor and employment law issues. He provides guidance to clients on the often complex aspects of California employment law that require detail-oriented research and analysis. He represents clients in employment litigation, as well as through union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
Justin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies, and competed as a rower on the crew team, winning both the Pac-10 conference and IRA national team championships. He obtained his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
